Dammerung Posted October 29, 2019 Posted October 29, 2019 You may not even need to replace it. My dad’s Chevy had the same issue and fixed it with a screwdriver tap to the starter. Lasted a whole 4 years until he sold it last year; after that it’s unknown. Good preventative maintenance though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Forgot to mention that it’s a high chance the bendix mechanism inside the starter is what’s stopping it. They get stuck sometimes.
