Cleared up in 3 minutes. I googled fsn and got Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster. Long ago while auditing a jet manufacturer, I saw FSN in an engineering review of a Rolls Royce engine in a new jet being built. Expecting a very technical abbreviation, I asked and was told it meant "funny sounding noise"
