Rob1989
Would any of you fine gents know where to get a new windsheild and passenger side window for an '87 Comanche?
Eagle
Any auto glass shop. The windshield is the same as all years of the XJ (Cherokee). The passenger side window is the same as any '84 thru '96 4-door XJ.

Three years ago I bought a MJ with leaking windshield. I took it to glass shop. Asked them to remove windshield, reseal it and replace it. They wouldn't for some reason about messing it up. They wanted to replace it. I asked how much. $135. I thought there had to be a mistake. if you have a leak, you need to check condition of metal after windshield is out. A good chance a repair is needed
gogmorgo
It's not a very expensive windshield as they go, no. But it's not a very big chunk of glass, all things considered, and given how many XJ's have been pumped out, the cost of the tools themselves likely were amortized a long time ago.
