SBpunk
Put in some adjust control arms today and the uppers don't look right. The gap could fit a decent width washer on both ends specially the passenger side. Also the angle does the driveshaft looks low. Nothing is torqued down, no shocks installed and springs are just kind of hanging out. Went off the lengths posted on these forums for the lengths. Jeep Driver
Finish putting it together and put some weight on the springs. Then see how it looks.
SBpunk
What brand are they? I literally just pulled my Rough Country set off Ive been running on my xj for like 5 years. I can measure them and also a brand new set of Rusty's jeep speed arms. Can verify widths of upper mount. I imagine they will pinch in some when torqued. The upper bushing looks off on pumkin top of diff. Maybe some press all the way in but I thought it had a center ridge Ill check that too on both mine here but they are also both from newer xjs so maybe thats why. What year front is that? I kinda remember my disconect axles being different. If your lifting it, the bottoms can't be right they have no adjustment to them it looks like they are as short as possible? You will have all kinds of drop with it in the air especially without shocks or any of your front geometry hooked up. Is it? Are those made for jonnie joints or currie type? They look like they may, I have never run those but that may be it on the gap. Whats more concernering to me is your lower control arm can't be right on length. If it is you need shorter arms or more lift in coil so you can adjust the control arm. Those look like rubicon xpress coils or rough country, they are the only ones I know of to have grey coils. You will need xtended bump stops from your coil posts at the very least if its lifted 3 or more inches, otherwise your shocks become your limiter straps. You need to give me more pics and info and I can be much more precise. As of now I'm guessing and speculating. They're from cavfab but yeah I'm going to wait until I get it all together before I freak out too much. Don't want to torque anything down until she's in her own weight. There's a 4 inch lift on the front with extended upper bump stops. Going to add to the bottom once I can flex and measure. Going to go with the old hockey Puck bolted to the bottom trick lol. DesertRat1991
Your control arms have heim joints at the axle side. Your axle has the potential to be more askew than most at this stage. Don't expect anything to line up straight until you get some weight on the springs, your track bar bolted up and axle centered.
Swampy
You want to make sure your bumpstops are centered in the coils. Mine are some what centered but i have to adjust my lowers again to get it just right.

SBpunk
This and adjust from there tedious work redoing the adjusting a couple times Yeah got the track bar finally in a decent spot and torqued down. Forgot to set the pins in the ball joints while it was on the stand like an idiot. Going to torque everything down today and start adjusting. I cringe a little everytime I jack up the passenger side by the lower control arm bracket. Seems a bit flimsy.
