Timing cover leak

I replace the timing cover with a new gasket but it’s still leaking

where from specifically?  have you eliminated the valve cover as the source?

From the side of it and yes I changed the valve cover with gasket and also the oil pan gasket

What's your oil pressure read on the gauge?

You might want to check it with an external gauge then just to be sure.
