electrical glitch My 1987 MJ license plate lighs quit?

What fuse controls my 1987 MJ license plate lights?

No juice to the bulbs?

Everything else (electrical) seems fine.

Where I'm from, anything electrical amok after dark is a law enforcement magnet.

I could be wrong, but I think it's on the same circuit out back as the parking lights.  meaning if they have juice, then the problem would lie in the wires leading to the plate.

Similar situation happened to me.  A county police officer stopped me in my neighborhood late one night for no license plate light.

 

I purchased a pig tail at the auto parts store and installed it.  No problems since.
