Crown

I'm needing to replace almost all of the window seals and weatherstripping on my windows... ive already salvaged the door weatherstripping from a JY. But I'm wondering about using new for the windows... i sort of feel like everyone here has a pretty negative consensus about crown replacement parts, but I was wondering if there was anything worth buying from the original should I stay away from them completely?

 

Mopar window seals are available new but are about 4 times the price and I'm wondering if there is a real reason for that or if it's simply the name on something as simple as window seals

The inside window wipe / seal will fit the outside of the opposite door window. The inside on xj`s are mostly pretty good this saves money and at a pick n pull about 1-2 each.

Neither have I, and I also can't recall ever hearing/reading any negative comments about them. My dealer sells Crown all the time, especially for parts Jeep no longer provides.
