can't find ground wire on dash?

Hi, nothing works on dash ,it's an 86 model .the speedo works but nothing else,no lights at all,and I can't find the ground where it's suppose to be,so where would i attach one to the dash at ? Thanks all help is appreciated. :???:

Did you check the fuse?

all fuses are good,none are blown.I see where it (the ground wire) attahces to the bolt on the side of kick panel ,but there is no ground ,apparently someone has removed it. where does it attach to the dash itself?
