Hello everyone, I'm new here and as of yesterday a proud owner of an '89 Pioneer :)

I've got a problem. My front blinkers don't work at all. Rear ones and rear Hazards are fine, but the front is dead. Bulbs are brand new as well.

I can't imagine there being a separate fuse of any kind for the front? And the wiring and connections look good from what I can tell by taking out the assembly on the front.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Check it out. Same basic thing as posted about, but I think its organized better.

And is always the most current version. Tip 3 covers a connector which could be the root of the original poster's issue.

If the 10 pin connector doesn't fix your issue more then likely you need new turn signal sockets , had to replace them on a couple trucks .

Yup.

assuming were talking about 1157 bulbs,I had this proplem on my 88 when I first bought it. It turned out that the bulb contacts were'nt making contact  with the socket contacts after the (push in and turn lock). I didn't buy new pig tails but its on the list.

I have no idea how they got that way in the first place. also there was alot of old dried grease that had to be removed too.

cheers!
