While "window shopping'"for future purchases I found a pair of "used " ARB/OME 2934 coil springs for $133.76+ free shipping . My question is are they really used or is it marked down because the packaging is damaged or missing ? Anyone have any previous experiences with amazon? Ive never bought from them before . If they are new that will save $30 that can be applied to other expenses , but if they're used I'd rather have new . Where is the cheapest place to buy ome ? Cheapest new price I found was $167

If anyone else wants to buy them I won't be disappointed . Thanks as always .

I checked your link. Since the order is being offered and  fulfilled by Amazon themselves, not one of their vendors, I'd buy them. They are very good about returns should you need one, but I don't think you will. They wouldn't sell them if they were physically damaged.

Those springs will probably jack you up about 3" or more (for V8 ZJ). I used the older 930's and got almost 3".

Amazon Warehouse deals are basically scratch and dent items for most of the items. Sometimes they are customer returns. Either way they are covered under the same return policy.

Adam, check out the OME  N190 rear shocks also on the same Amazon "dealies" page. Great buy and they are perfect for the rears of an MJ w. 2"-3" lift.

Amazon is a good place to buy stuff.  I ordered a special hose clamp tool for my VW on a Saturday, got it delivered the next day (Sunday) from Las Vegas - 340 miles away.  We ordered some pants for my trip to Costa Rica, one of them was the wrong size - no problem with the return and getting the right size.  Also were about $15 cheaper than same brand at REI locally.  I have also pick up a few auto parts and tools with no problems.

Amazon is very much like what Sears used to be a long time ago.  Sears used to have a huge catalog with just about anything you could want/need for mail order or delivery to a local store.

Thanks for the replies , after looking at the N190 shocks Hornbrod mentioned I ended up buying it all and saving $130 (if not more) that can be used elsewhere . The springs were initially $167 ( now $133 ) and the shocks were $214 a pair (now $112 a pair ) . I don't think I could have gotten a better deal anywhere else and from all the reviews on OME the quality is unsurpassed .
