HOrnbrod Posted August 21, 2015 Share Posted August 21, 2015 The last Bosch pump I put in was considerably smaller than the original, but it came with bushings and adapters and it was straightforward after figuring where they went. az comanches Posted August 22, 2015 Share Posted August 22, 2015 That is the same pump I ordered from Rockauto. It's a Bosch pump in a Carter box. They also sell a Walbro pump, I think the Walbros were original equipment in some Jeeps. Anyway , my mechanic put mine in no problem. 89 4.0 longbed. Fernando87mj Posted August 22, 2015 Share Posted August 22, 2015 I bought a napa fuel pump that said it was a replacement for vehicles equipped with the bosh , it said carter on the pump iirc , mines came with the adapter and all and fit with no issues and has giving me no issues in the 8-9 months it's been installed and ran .
