that's 175 quadrillion Zimbabwean dollars gets you 5 bucks american.  :thumbsup:   apparently 2008 saw some insane inflation of their currency and they've been using other country's currencies ever since.  But now Zimbabwe is officially switching to the american dollar and willing to give the above exchange rate for the old stuff.  wow indeed.

 

biggest bill they printed was the 100 trillion.  dang, that's a lot of zeros...

I had a buddy talk me into buying some foreign currency because of this same situation. I dropped about $100 U.S. Dollars. I have $250,000 dollars of another currency in my night stand. I did it a few years ago, like 7. At first I was excited. But now I have some very expensive Monopoly money. But this exchange rate is just plain silly. Imagine the jeep you could build with the return on that.
