Dom U
Hello I need to replace both my headlights there in horrid condition. I'm looking for plug n play. How ever I don't mind swapping out a harness if its worth it. Just wanted some opinions on what you all like. Also is there anywhere that sells the weather stripping for our doors? cruiser54
Do the harness for sure. Some replacement halogens will be fine.
benjy_26
I made my own harness using some 10ga wire and a pair of 30 amp relays. I was astonished at the difference in light output between the upgraded wiring and the stock one, even when running stock style halogens.
cruiser54
Correct. I wish I had saved the test results from another post on another forum. A guy used some sort of a meter and determined that with JUST the harness, the light output increased over 35%.
Pete M
late model XJ door seals are a great upgrade over the stockers. they are thicker, seal better and are in much better condition in the junkyards.

It was kind of cool to have it backed up scientifically.
