Rocky Ridge tube bumpers

Was wondering if anyone had a Rocky Ridge front bumper and their opinion of it? Would $160 be a good value for a decent used one?

I think you could find a nicer, more useful, and better built bumper for a little more money. I've never liked those tube bumpers..

I saw one of these at the jy but the frame brackets were ripped...they would've sold it for $40...

I've never liked the tube bumpers either, but if you like them...I see them all day on CL or ebay and certainly nowhere near that $500+ price tag.  That's ridiculous.  I usually see them for around $100.  If you like it and you don't want to search all over...$140 seems OK...however personally I'd keep looking (then again, I'm a cheap bastard)..

Another copy of that same bumper was on CL around here for $80 last week. It must have sold. You can find some people trying to get $500 out of them used.....

CL is where I saw the one for $140. Need a rear bumper worse and could probably build one myself for that price. Ad was a month old already so will call tomorrow ot see if it is even still available but wanted to get an idea of the quality of the company.
