I am eagerly awaiting to see that headunit installed, as well. Love the rims, too!

Thanks, hope to get installing it this weekend if I have all the stuff I need and time! 17s on the rims and my tires are to good not to wear out now,so when I find a good deal on a set of tires or wear the 15's down I'm swapping!

Some yang showed up! Just the bezels. Also Jeep Driver was right it's a ground wire for stereo... I need to hook up so, keep close observation jeep driver and thanks. I might need some pointers from ya!

Ok I will see if my Ground Wire will work off head unit itself.. some will and others won't. If it doesn't then I will use a relay for this. The bypass will work one way or other Kickinmule and jeep driver.

Guess what movie??? Well I had to make modifications and slide it out aways and cut dash bezel somewhat. I'm still not done but mostly.

That's precisely what I was afraid of.

Thanks.

Can't be afraid to modify or hack a little on the bezel of all things... I'm quite happy with it and I'm pretty assured it will look great and work out nicely once all done. Thank you.

No, didn't mean to imply anything negative about your install.

It's that the only down drop screen that I could find is the one you installed, I was hoping it would go in without modifications and effecting the heater controls.

Sorry.

Liam?

Yep, Taken movie. I can't believe that guy is a gun hater in real life..He makes all his $ off of it. Was very disspointed when I heard that. Anyhow I have a few ends to finish on the stereo, hopefully today.

Ummm I am going to guess " Taken" and I like the radio. What are your plans for finishing up the install? Right now our Comanche has a Vintage Kenwood Tape player. IT works but not the FM/AM which will drive me crazy once we start driving it more. But for now When i drive it I listen to Alabama tape I found in the glove box. lol

I made the stereo stick out just enough so I can reach behind screen and still move heater controls. Screen is detachable but I don't want to do that everytime. I am going to think about what to device to trim unit up where it sticks out. It's not terrible but needs a trim peice of something.

Couldn't believe it snowed the other day,i was about to leave work around 3 Friday and it started.. I of course checked weather and they called for, pretty much nothing!

Ok, I added headbands around stereo to make it look better, it was no sweat! I added a dark gray and light gray I will probably swap out with black also.. I also added the plastic other bezel for stereo to fill in gap and make a trim peice. Will see how this works.

Yep Bluetooth is magic! Got the "no sweat" pun by the way. Like that updated face! May have to go that route someday.

Lol Kickinmule , Glad ya got it! It is awesomeness having hands free, as I drive 42 miles a day and talk with the wife etc..
