I like the yak rack. Looks good.

Thanks Rusty, nice to hear from ya. Been enjoying it.. i made the rack were i can adjust it up and down in back. Basically a sleeve on it and a Pin to hold it up. Works quite well to slide the yak out in water and garage. I see your truck is getting alot done as well. I'm glad you didnt give up on it! Take care.

Hey Junkie, I'm not sure the stripes are for me but maybe i will change it up a little and they might settle with me.. The xj is a 2.5 ...auto...8.25 29spline rear.. 2wheel drive... I'm going to put a rubicon 5.5 lift on it and 33s... with 488s ..etc and convert 4x4... I'm not sure what all elase but time will tell!! I was stoked to get it for that price ...complete ..body and interior is pretty dang good shape ..no rust notta.2 door xj 97-01 is tough to find around here and in Great shape at that.

Nice...double check the gears on it...

I found the hard way a couple times that 2.5s auto came with 3.55s unless they were swapped out from someone else previously....

But good deal! I seen one earlier for $500 2wd 4.0 auto

Busted radiator and no front bumper...

Thanks, Junkie.. will do that for sure!! I don't want to learn the hard ways , had enough of that myself! Thats a dang good deal on the 4.0 xj that year if not a rust bucket and beat to hell!!! I will be pulling the rear end anyhow and putting a 8.8 i have in it most likley.
