engine noise and stuttering

Hi, I have a 89 jeep Comanche 4.0 non ho it stutters and jolts at 35mph, loses power or dies going up a hill, high idle when starts up or at low rpms and now have a slight tick or knock some advise to save my engine would be nice kinda confused what's going on

Do Crusier's renix tips. Do a search for it and you'll find plenty of them. Check sensors/grounds.

Sounds EXACTLY like what my truck did when the MAP sensor line melted itself shut. Its the sensor on drivers side firewall with a green plug. The line goes into the side of the throttle body. But yes, also do Cruisers tips as they are VERY helpful.

Soo I don't have an internal engine? Just a sensor and ground issues??
