Dash Cluster Transfer

My 88 mj has no tach and dummie lights, how much work would it be to install a cluster with tach and guages from an 91 xj, or is it possible at all?

91 won't work, entirely different speedometer connection.

You need a cluster from a renix jeep 87-90 that has the cable driven speedo ,

91 and up is electronic .

Also you need too get a cluster from a cherokee/comanche with the same engine and you need to swap the water temp sender and the the oil pressure sender which is pretty easy :) .
