Trapn6.0 Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 Does anyone have a picture of a long bed unibody with the bed removed? Specifically the section behind the rear spring perches.
Trapn6.0 Posted January 15, 2014 Author Posted January 15, 2014 Those pics are exactly what I needed. Trying to see what has been removed or added when they put in my utility need. This is what it looks like. Not sure I'd a long bed will bolt back on. This was the spot I was worried about.
Trapn6.0 Posted January 15, 2014 Author Posted January 15, 2014 Actually now that I look closer at the front mounts by the cab mine look to be altered.pay no attention to my bars holding up my fuel tank.lol
Trapn6.0 Posted January 15, 2014 Author Posted January 15, 2014 With not having a bed close at hand do you all think the front mounts will still work or will I need to do a little fab work.
jimoshel Posted January 16, 2014 Posted January 16, 2014 It looks OK to me. That is the frame part the roll bar brackets bolt to.
87Warrior Posted January 16, 2014 Posted January 16, 2014 There should be a hole for a bolt (or stud) to go through on each bracket under that fuel tank support pipe. These are the two most forward bed mounting points.
