Pete M
I've forgotten, which coolant temp sensor is it that feeds the gauges?

ajohnson928
I think the sensor in my MJ is meant for one with just the dummy light. The gauge does it's check at startup but doesn't move off of 100 while I'm driving. I'm having trouble finding the right sender locally (the pictures in the autozone etc computers show a newer plastic connector). Any suggestions on where to get one locally? Or perhaps a part number I can relay to the guy at the parts counter? 89 MJ 4.0L 5spd

cruiser54
The senders and switches look a bit different. I bagged a bunch at the JY and compared them side by side. ajohnson928
Anyone have a pic of the non gauge sender unit? I'm thinking that is what is installed but I'd like to be sure. I had the same problem with the oil pressure sender. I've already fixed that though.
