Drahcir495 Posted March 10, 2007 Posted March 10, 2007 It seems that Centerline discontinued the Hellcat series wheels 6 years ago! :headpop: Looks like I will have to get something else. I have my selection down to 2, for now. I like the look of the wheels on JP magazine's Comanche project, the Walker Evan street wheels. Or maybe the new DC-1 in black. Anybody have any feedback on the pros and cons of these two? Any other rims I may have missed? TIA Rich
DansGreyMj Posted March 10, 2007 Posted March 10, 2007 walker evans wheels are very expensive, but now they sell them in 15 inch sizes, i second the black steelies
Rokhound Posted March 10, 2007 Posted March 10, 2007 i got my AR black steel 5 for 100 form the bone yard

I think I am just going with the Walker Evans, unless the Hellcats can be found. It is going to take me a year to save up for the wheels though - Rich

But yeah I think there alright I mean they don’t seem to be bent and beat all to hec. The kid and the wife bought me those for x-mas.
DirtyComanche Posted March 10, 2007 Posted March 10, 2007 I've got multiple sets of 15x8 steelies out of the yard for near $100. I could have got 3 more AR-767s that were MINT to add to my 5 so I could sell to sets of 4. Unfortunatly, I sold my 767s 3 days before I saw those.
feerocknok Posted March 10, 2007 Posted March 10, 2007 Do the Walker Evans have a functional beadlock?
Drahcir495 Posted March 11, 2007 Author Posted March 11, 2007 Do the Walker Evans have a functional beadlock? The beadlock rims, yep. The street wheels do not. Funny thing is, they are both the same price. I will be getting the street wheels, because the MJ will be my DD.
