knever3
I am close to getting the stroker motor going minus one thing. The old Renix serpentine belt is too short I believe. I used a '99 intake and power steering pump setup but I used the old Renix alternator and A/C delete bracket and pully. Do I need a belt from a newer 4.0L? ("97+ I would think.) Or do I need to measure and get a custom belt since I'm mixing parts? I have two idler pullys, A/C, Fan, Crank, P/S. Like this. Old setup:
dave92cherokee
With it sitting on a stand like that I would run a string around it and measure the size belt you need. Then you can just look onlIne to see what length belts the newer models use and see if it's close.

knever3
Ok, after a few trips to Advance I finally found one that fit. Just an fyi for all of you if you have a renix alternator and A/C with a post 96 power steering pump you will need a 99 inch serpentine belt. Crazy long, and don't forget to nix the idler pully on the A/C bracket, it's only for the renix setup not the hybrid. If anyone would like some updated pictures just give me a shout.
