neohic Posted July 30, 2012 Posted July 30, 2012 I know a lot of CJ guys use chaff screens for radiator protection. They get mounted on the outside of the grill. This one looks kings goofy, but I would imagine that it'd be mounted the same.

500 MJ Posted July 31, 2012 Posted July 31, 2012 Or behind the grille? My Dad used to use window screen (for front porches and storm doors) and attach it with sticky velcro behind the grille to keep bugs from getting in the radiator. Worked really good.
