is this a MJ topper?

Recommended Posts

well the guy died who had an MJ i was going to buy. then his wife got kicked out of the house (land lord) and the MJ disappeared :fs1: anyway theres a topper left behind and i might snag it if it is.

it seems to be the perfect fit for a swb. are there any markings or anything i could look for to tell? i need to hurry because they are tearing down that house and I'm sure burning everything.

i went a got it not long after that post. talked to the woman and she said anything let over there is up for grabs. took a tape measure before even loading it and it lines up almost perfect. i think it is an MJ topper. needs some cleaning and a few little repairs but i think i might fix it up and throw it on for camping or hauling in bad weather.

I never fall into great deals! If that would have been me they would have crushed it with a bulldozer 5 minutes before I got there.

thats what i was afraid of! i knew they're about to rip that place down so i had to get it....if she said so or not :peek:

I have a couple of toppers that were on Ford Rangers that fit on my MJ's like they were made for it.

Set that canopy/topper up the right way and snap a pic- curious if it meets the height of the cab or not.

If you have a rear slider, find a pliable rubber boot to fit between between the canopy and the cab unless you enjoy wind noise when the sliders are open.
