Naterenfo1
If it has a speaker bar I would take that too. Maybe headliner? I'll buy that from you if its decent
turboxr
This XJ has a sunroof- It looks like it's aftermarket but it's very nice. Should I pull all that as well?
87Warrior
What is the point of pulling the parts? Are you wanting to scrap the shell? I would pull what ever can come out. Consider cutting out floor pans and rockers for patch metal for the MJ.
shelbyluvv
Are your plans for a 97+ conversion? If so keep the donor around until you are finished with the project. It will make life much easier in the future.
turboxr
I'm pulling everything I can for the updated interior etc for my MJ. I have to have the donor gone long before the 97+ conversion ever starts on the MJ as I'm DDing the MJ. That's why I'm blitzkrieging the XJ. I'm cutting the drivers side firewall out for the conversion.
87Warrior
In that case, pull/trace the passenger side kick panel for fuse box location and antenna hole. Don't forget the door strikers, weather strip, seat belts, overhead lighting and 4wd linkage. Exhaust past the cat should be saved too especially since it is an 00. Take tons of pictures and lable everything as to what it is and where it goes. You WILL be pulling your hair out when it goes together.
