Wheelin' my new J-Truck - Hours after purchase!

The wife dragged me to a handful of antique shops on our way back from vacation today. Found this little guy, Rhino grille and an awesome tailgate. It was $25 (What a ripoff) but I had to have it.

My wife took the pictures as part of her "365", a picture a day project she's been working on.

I just thought you guys might get a kick out of it. Sorry if you're disappointed in the subject matter after such an exciting title.

haha not what i expected. on the j truck note I'm working in vancouver and drove past a house that had some old army rigs out front. one seemed to look alot like a full size jeep, but it was a crew cab :dunno: was heading somewhere so didnt go back

Interesting. If your back that way get a picture. What area of Vancouver. I have friends there that I visit every month or two.

I wonder if it was a old Dodge, they have a "Jeep" look to some of the old ones.

I have half of one of those sitting in a bucket with some acid outside right now. removing the paint and repainting it. I have been getting a few of them from ebay, there was a whole series based on that truck. cement truck, steak bed truck, fire pumper truck, camper, and I have a few wagoneers I plan on repainting next.

FSJ's are something I also dabble in. There are some out there that are a 4 door J-truck/Gladiator made under contract for the military.
