Oizarod115 Posted December 18, 2006 Posted December 18, 2006 haha, i was just about to quote that and laugh just the same. :brows: yeah, Crankshaft Positioning Sensor. tells the dist when to fire and all that fun stuff... i think 9 times out of 10 ive read a tranny swap thread the truck wouldnt start and they forgot that sensor :oops: :cheers: ease swap on a scale of 1-10?

reddog Posted December 19, 2006 Posted December 19, 2006 I just got mine done it wasnt to bad just those torx bolts and the cross member frame bolts that gave me a hard time. But I can't figure out why it won't go into 4low the selecter with go into 4low. I havent messed around with it much but if anybody has a suggestions let me know.

88swampedmj Posted December 19, 2006 Author Posted December 19, 2006 yea i had to get underneath it and with a 12mm wrench i put it in 2high and put the linkage on now it shifts all tcase gears fine..
