mserapis
Hey all my name is Mike and this is the comanche I just got. It's a bone stock 1986 LWB with a 2.8 V6 and 5 speed. 87,000 original miles, I am the second owner. It runs good after sitting for several years on the farm. I am thinking I might just keep it the way it is.

mserapis
Thanks. I don't mind the v6 so far. I have experience with other Jeeps and the power seems just fine in this one. But maybe its because I just got rid of a bronco II.
streetjeep2.5
Yea, welcome, and nice looking MJ. I have the same grille, but a black bumper on my 87. Looks like it might have been a towed rig, or are those brackets above the bumper where lights went? BTW, I grew up in Coos Bay, Oregon! And, given it's an 86, the engine bay limits what will fit for the most part. They changed the engine bay when they started with the inline 6. One of those may not fit in yours. :wall:
