Was wondering if anyone had a list of the colors the eliminators came from the factory as. I've begun tear down of the 89 in prep for the HO swap, an figured I'd start looking into paint colors. I'm interested in both the renix and HO era colors. I've scene red like mine, white, black, dark blue, and dark green. Any others that anyone knows of? Any input is greatly appreciated

I can honestly say, that neither here, or in person have I ever seen a Blue Eliminator. I have seen a maroon one on here, even a longbed, but not a blue one.

Anyone?

Never seen a Gray Mist Metallic one either. In fact can not find a paint called Gray Mist Metallic for 91-92. Rob, do you happen to know the paint code?

Hey, Hornbrod! Spence here. My '88 Eliminator was Grey Mist Metallic before 23 years of the south Florida sun made it look like my skin. If you want to see one, watch the movie "Monster's Ball". Heath Ledger and Hallie Berry drive one in it. Just don't watch it with kids around, as Hallie and Billie Bob Thornton drive each other around, too! Roll Tide!

Thanks for the info Spence. That confirms the color on my 91 is not Grey Mist Metallic, as the paint code on mine translates to Dark Gray Metallic, and was only used on the 91-92 MJs.

Bringing back a semi old thread, but was wondering if anyone (I know there's not many) with a 91/92 eliminator could give me the distance of how far the eliminator decal should be placed from the door seam. Just want to get all the details squared away before I paint it.
