Big Ton badge

Did Comanches with the Big Ton package come with any kind of badge from the factory? There is evidence of a removed badge on the tail gate, just trying to figure out what it was.

I think some did and some didn't. I bought a tailgate from the junkyard that had the Metric Ton badge on it.

Some had the badge, some didn't. Some also had a window decal behind the passengers head. Someone will have to help me out with a pic.

I'd like to find one of the tail gate badges, I imagine it may be difficult to come by.

not as difficult as a "2.1 turbo diesel" badge... :D

 

 

 

but yes, the early "metric ton" packages were actually called the "big ton" package. later they became metric ton.

Sadly, that's the best I can do for now. I know I have seen a bigger picture on here somewhere.
