com_mako
So I finally found a nice MJ... I live in Quebec, it is soooooooo rare!!!!!!!! It is a 1986 long bed 4x4 but... no more V6 !!!!!!!!! some swap a 4.0 with an AW4 and a selectrac t-case, nice !! and this jeep was equipe with the Big ton metric package so there is an AMC20 in rear with 4.10 (traclok) nice setup !!! comenschen
After doing all that on my truck (was almost as bad), I decided I was crazy. So yeah, you are definately crazy.
comenschen
One thing I just realized on your floor and mine, the area where the tcase linkage bolts. No 'lump' in it as I have seen on other trucks. Not sure if this is going to be a problem, as I have not looked at my donar xj yet to check.

comenschen
Here's a pic taken from TerraWombat's build thread. Looking back on my old pics from my rusty 86 I see it didn't have that lump. Not sure if I'll need it when I swap everything from the 91 Xj as I still haven't checked.
com_mako
I see... since your jeeps are 1986, maybe they are a little bit different from 1987+, not the same engine :dunno: maybe for clearence of a part that we don't have
