Sir Sam
I WANT TO FISH IN THAT LAKE BAD! AWESOME PICS...WISH I WAS THERE..YOUR A LUCKY DUDE. that lake is about 20 miles from my house and in the 45 yrs that i've lived here i've never met ANYONE who has ever made it into that lake. Yup, and on top of that there are likely no fish in that lake either. I always laugh when I see tourists trying to fish a lake at 13,000 feet. Ya buddy, cause there's fish in there that can survive 9 months of being iced over in a olympic sized pool.

shawn
was almost killed, lol. slipped on the snow and sliding into the abyss. had a ski pole with me and jammed it into the snow. it was the only thing that saved me. - hanging from the pole by one hand. good thing it was aluminum because it bent, instead of just breaking off. about 20 miles from my house, - as the crow flies. oh, and one vertical mile. Waytec
I need to get out that way next year, not in the cards for this year. I would love to hike some of those ridges. it would be great for me getting into sheep shape.
