Thanks. I like to keep it interesting, at least a little.

One thing is most guys here dd theirs or keep it pretty, as where mine is 100% toy. I take care of maintenance but I use it as intended and play. both offroad and visually ;)

Sweet Trail Doors..... definately on my mod list.  I would rather have a tube door, but I feel much safer in off camber situations with at least part of a door to protect me.

It's easy to do and like I said its not bad as far as loosing visibility. I paid 30 bucks for each door, I had the 16g sheet (had to buy one piece from lowes) and it was done in no time. I went lighter gauge to keep door weight to a minimum.

Wade also has a decent set.

Painted and readjusted (not in pic). I got some crazy bump steer when it was double stacked so I went under/over the knuckle with drag link/tie rod. It should help with my angles. I can see ill have to relocate my track bar for the way I want to set it up..

You are probably going to want to rethink that.  Bolt strength is not the issue.  There is just not enough material on the knuckle to deal with all that leverage.  It will wallow out the hole and then no matter how much you tighten the bolt it will always be loose.

With this type of setup you really need to capture both the top and bottom in double shear or run the drag link to a separate bracket.

I started to do a double shear but its not set up like in the pic anymore. It's drag link over, tie rod under now. I figured with the knuckle in the middle now it should be better. It was a rush job because I'm on limited time for this run this weekend. Not the best but I wheeled it yesterday and everything seemed okay.

I do have several extra bolts though and I do plan on diving back in there before the next run at the end of July.. Thanks for the concern and tips

Ahh $#!&, don't think I mentioned. My fault. It was Stony Lonesome in Alabama. Maybe an hour or so from Hawk Pride. I've got four parks all within 4 hours of me.

Oh yeah, going to Smorr in October. Twice possibly lol

@#$%. I guess I need to upload a ton of $#!& cause I just got home from another run. We went back to Hawk pride. It's such an awesome place. I abused, yes abused the MJ. The bed has been reconfigured and both tail lights are completely gone now. Sliders got worked sooo much it was unreal. I never broke but just about everybody else did in my group haha.

A trail named Cherokee WTO cut last year. It's not tough but that's the hardest spot. When wet it's another beast. Luckily it was dry as hell this weekend :)

Yeah it creeped up doing the harder trails. First time in awhile but it was extremely hot and humid two of the three days. I just said @#$% it Saturday morning and rode the rest of the time like that.

But how about that tie rod I said I'd never bend :rofl

Well I went to meet a fellow CCer and picked up an addition for my MJ. While there I also proceeded to hump his two MJs :)

Yes a sun visor! I'm thinking I might throw a few LEDs in it and make a cool moonvisor.

A hawk pride level 4 trail that turned into a 5 at the top section or you can pull out to the 4. It was getting dark but we did the 5 anyway lol. This was the second obsticle. The rear tire jumped up first then went down and to my amazement, the front popped off the ground about a foot and a half. It's about a foot in the pic.
