johnj92131 Posted April 29, 2010 Posted April 29, 2010 Does anyone know of an interchange for the Multifunction switch used in a Column Shifted 91 Comanche? Quite sure they switch was used in other cars. John Jackson 91 long bed w/big ton package
HOrnbrod Posted April 29, 2010 Posted April 29, 2010 tilt, non-tilt column; delay wipers?? I got mine for my 91 column shift w. non-tilt and delay wipers from Turner 4WD. Best price I could find. Been working well for 4+ years now.
johnj92131 Posted April 29, 2010 Author Posted April 29, 2010 Tilt column and delay wipers. Will look up Turner. Thanks Don.
johnnyc Posted April 29, 2010 Posted April 29, 2010 What's a multifunction switch? The turn signal stalk that also controls the wipers and cruise control.
Justin_k Posted April 29, 2010 Posted April 29, 2010 older chevs contained the same ones if that helps any.
AmJay Posted April 30, 2010 Posted April 30, 2010 So, the stalk is called a mult-function switch? I didn't know that. I do know that newer Grand Cheokees have a multi-function switch. The turn signals and wipers are in on self contained switch package. Mac..

Did know Jeep got a lot of parts, including steering columns from GM. But did not think to search the forums for posts about steering columns. Just searched for the term "multifunction switch".

Both come in several varieties and flavors depending on which Saginaw column and options.
