my dam truck had to break!

when i got home and went to change the oil on my truck and found my pass side upper control arm had snapped! the funny part was on tuesday i had replaced the lowers with much beefier ones that i got from maddzz1 and never noticed the pass upper was bout to go. I'm soo pissed and now waiting for the second time around for a set of 99 to 01 wj front upper control arms to come in! please arms get here soon!! i need my truck!!!

Isn't Jeeps Unlimited still in Providence? They should be able to fix you up with a used stock UCA for not a lot of money until your WJ arms arrive. Or head up to Henry's u-pull in Blackstone on Saturday morning. They usually have a lot of XJs.

The messed up thing is where it broke i don't see rust. In the past i replaced the bushings with poly ones. I bet thats what happened. From all the twisting. Never put polys in with stock arms! They are on the way. Hope to seethem mond or tues. Luckly I'm able to use another truck for the time being.

Hey jim. I put those in on tuesday. Those were the lowers. I won't deal with jeeps in providence anymore. They were giving a hassel bout something i was going to buy in the past. They even blocked me from buying stuff from them on ebay. They can go screw! Its sad cuz i have delt with them since ive owned a jeep.

Yeah horrible idea, they wreaked all sorts of havoc on my front suspension.
