freakjeep93 Posted January 5, 2010 Author Posted January 5, 2010 yup almost all the riding i do is alone that sucks. its fun going with other people, good entertainment. now you have me itching to go out haha. lol yea I'm lucky both the places ive lived have been right beside atv trails. but ive always been a loner always gone out ny myself. i normally never go in a group of mre than 2 other bikes because big groups move too slow. covering 50-70 kilometers is nothing for me in the summer. when i lived at my moms place i used 50 litres (about 5.5gallons) a month of gas in my 350 big bear and some times if i rode alot id use almost 100 litres of gas . id get home at 430 id leave right away and b back for 6 that night or when ever it got dark. lots of fun
dasbulliwagen Posted January 5, 2010 Posted January 5, 2010 50 liters is more like 12 Gallons..... not that it matters.... you do a lot of riding... thats the point! Looks like fun. I never got to ride a quad, but My bike I think gives the same feeling of being out and free. Keep it up and good luck with your training!
freakjeep93 Posted January 5, 2010 Author Posted January 5, 2010 thanks man and yes i do do alot of riding
HOrnbrod Posted January 5, 2010 Posted January 5, 2010 You must see some big white tails out there. Down here they are close to goat size. :(
freakjeep93 Posted January 5, 2010 Author Posted January 5, 2010 yea a guy i know brought one in that weighted over 200 pounds gutted.
BJA814 Posted January 5, 2010 Posted January 5, 2010 I went out last friday on the new bike. Tons of fun in the snow. Here's the girly taking a break for hot chocolate.
freakjeep93 Posted January 5, 2010 Author Posted January 5, 2010 don't tell me you ride polaris too... :ack: ... just kidding . i know a few guys wh have had older polarisis and they were always breaking . but the newer one are good. how are the trails out your way.
BJA814 Posted January 5, 2010 Posted January 5, 2010 Yup...its an 04 Sportsman 600. I've had to do a few thigns to it, but nothing that was the fault of the bike. Putting in the clutch kit really woke it up. Trails down here are decent, but we have to head to Western MA if we really wanna stretch our legs.
freakjeep93 Posted January 5, 2010 Author Posted January 5, 2010 yea the trails around here are kinda bad the snow is right wet and slick so your spinning all the time.
