Public Transport Plans

There seems to be an awful lot of posts dedicated to the topic of 'public transport wishlists' and 'if I were in charge of public transport, I'd build...' plans, listing a number of pie-in-the-sky plans for bus routes, train lines or trams linking various destinations. I'm just wondering if it might be a good idea to create a forum exclusively for the discussion of such wishlists?

Spam can be so interesting. I mean, since when have we discussed public transportation plans? Unless they're the ones involving a small minority of the public, and just happen to start where the pavement ends.
