Dana 44 Carrier Cutoff??

I'm picking up a Dana 44 MJ diff Monday, and I'm pretty sure it has 3.07 gears. I will regear to 4.10 gears; will I need a new carrier like I would with the D35? What's the cutoff for the D44? Gracias. :cheers:

you need a new carrier. cutoff was 3.92s, i think. either that or 3.73. either way you need a new carrier. :thumbsup:

ya, 3.92 is my recollection. i do know 100% you will need a carrier
