xj_dummy Posted April 6, 2009 Share Posted April 6, 2009 I have installed some bucket seats from a 4 door xj. Now I wish that I didnt buy them. Because they don't tilt forward. However, I did learn that the 4-door XJ seats I was gonna get were almost 3 inches taller because they had the "rocking" feature. Good thing I went with the 2 door seats. JeepcoMJ Posted April 7, 2009 Share Posted April 7, 2009 I prefer the rocker bases...sure you gotta watch your head getting in, and a tilt column becomes a necessity, but I LOVE being able to see that extra 5 or 10 inches directly in front of my truck.
