Tomahawked
One inch in front is all I need to get the truck level. Any simple options that have proven to work? The suspension is all stock.

Geonovast
You don't want the truck exactly level. The back is meant to be a tad higher, so it can levelish off when loaded down. The rake also helps with handling at high speeds. I lifted the front of my 2.5 with 4.0 coils, and I've noticed the steering is a bit sloppy on the highway, because the airflow is actually pushing up on the nose. Since the truck is completely stock, I strongly recommend leaving it the way it is.

Geonovast
Be prepared to need an alignment after wards. That too, but don't fret about it, if you have a tape measure, vice grips, 13mm and 15 mm sockets, you're good to go. Aligning these trucks is very easy and only takes about 20 minutes. BLHTAZ
Setting the toe is easy, but a true alignment can not be done without the proper equipment. I would just put a spacer in there is all you need is 1". I can't stand to see a truck that is not level either. I have leveled every truck that I have owned and have never seen any problem with driveability. It seems to me that you would have to be driving 80 mph (or more) to notice a problem with air flow, and there is no reason to be driving that fast in these trucks anyway ;) . MrSimon
x2 on the spacer. If you do run into any dirvability issues, you can always just take the spacer back out.
