69CamaroSS Posted January 3, 2009 Posted January 3, 2009 I'm confused. I'm browsing around rockauto.com and was wondering if there is any difference at all in the different 4.0 engines you can select from... 4.0i 3956cc [A40MPI] 4.0i 3956cc [C40MPI] 4.0i 3956cc [L400L] 4.0i 3956cc [M400L] 4.0L 242cid L6 MFI (M) i assume a few of these are the H.O,which i don't have, so which one do i click on?
BLHTAZ Posted January 3, 2009 Posted January 3, 2009 4.0L 242cid L6 MFI (M) - This one would be the engine you have in an '87. I don't know what those other choices are as I have never seen any designations like that before... :dunno:
