Just finished r/r'ing my front coils on the MJ.

Jebus H was it ever a pain. I opted to do it with a trolley Jack, bottle jack, prybar and my handy hooked-crowbar. The swaybar came off and the calipers got shuffled off and 2 days later its all back together.

Good learning experience. Handtools. The way real men hurt themselves.

work smarter, not harder (you can drink more beer that way :D )

a small bottle jack is your friend......use it inbetween the axletube and the framerail to push the axle down and hold it there while you slip the springs out and back in, like such:

I believe that pic is of my 90.

My arse is sore today from sitting on cold ashphalt for 2 nights in a row, but the truck sits nicer now.

You'd be amazed at the comfort level difference afforded by a couple layers of good cardboard. :D
