Is anyone else out there 3D printing parts for their truck? I just finished up a print to swap out the clock for a switch panel that accept some $7 switches from amazon. I posed the files to Thingiverse if you're interested. I included the Autodesk Fusion 360 Files in case you want to modify it to a different size switch. This is out of a 89. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4189318 Link to the Switches https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B011U1NU90/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Got me some of those newfangled switches for my aux lights with a separate input for the labels to illuminate with the dash -interior lights. Where is the best place to run the wire that supplies power when dash lights are on. I like to do things right and don’t want to just start hacking into wires under the dash. Is there a wire going to the radio or somewhere else that is easy to get to? The upper pic lights when switch is on but label is supposed to light with the dash lights. Also does anyone know a vendor that sells a switch panel that replaces the oem clock panel. I have seen them somew
Looking for a drivers side switch panel for windows and locks for a MJ/two door Cherokee part #55002135. Updated and Edited 9/8/2018: I purchase the seal from Dzimm and I am still looking to see if anyone is willing to sell the driver's side window and door lock switch panel to me.
ok. I had a feeling my starter was about to go and yesterday, it happened. thank God I was home. it took me an hour to find one on Oreilly's website, pull mine, call a friend, get it tested and buy a new one, go get groceries for dinner, and reinstall. love those 4.0's! however, when I went to start it this time, I got a click and then lost all power. please help. waiting for rain to stop so I can start checking fuses, relays and wires. the complete loss of power has me a little lost though. any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
