    Bench Seat

Were ya located? Thanks for the offer philbert but I can spend less on a dakota bench locally then I would on gas. Southeast Texas.

    Bench Seat

I want those tan buckets! PM Me if your interested. I'd trade my bench, we're just far away
  3. At least it didn't go to waste

  5. If I just went with 2" spacers in the front and 1" shackles in the back, would I need to do anything? Also, what can I do to get more flex. Can you do swaybar disco on just a budget boost? Is it worth it? Can I get pics of a budget boost? Thanks, John
  6. What are the bump stops for? I light wheel the truck. I like to play. But it's my daily driver. And rough roads to the deer lease. Some flex and hill climbing. What is the swaybar disconnect?
  7. No problem, I'm wondering if it's enought to buy just lift springs, adjustable track bar, add-a-leaf, and brake lines? Or do I need more adjustable things and drop brackets and all those things? I'm thinking 3.5" Rubicon Express coils. Hell Creek Add-a-leaf. Brake line Extensions. And Rubicon Express Adj. Track Bar. Will this be enough to get the lift I want with a like ride and no death wobble? I'm wondering if a budget boost would best suit me, but it doesn't get me up where I want to be. Thanks guys.
  8. I really appreciate all of the input guys. I need a whole lot of help. This is a big decision for me. I'm scared to drop a grand in suspension with a 170K on the motor. It always keeps me worrying. Good ole MJ :D I need to know where to get every part I need. also how do you know how much to lift when you know your truck can't turn bigger tires? It's a hard decision.
  9. Great looking truck. I'm trying to get that look but just a bit more level. Maybe an inch spacer in the front would look just right added to that kit. I'm just not sure how suspension all works. It's my daily driver and i'm 16 so I don't want a thousand bucks into it. Thanks guys
  10. What lift would contain these things? I'm not sure how to adjust anyway and I'm wanting to keep the ride pretty close to what I have. Is there a kit that contains all these things? I have no no mechanical knowledge in suspension. I will be having it installed. I need all the necesary hardware in the kit. I thought about a budget boost ,but I heard its better to just replace springs in an older truck because coils will end up sagging in time because of the old springs. I'm not in too much of a hurry but need a lot of help. Shcakles and spacers just don't seem like enough to please me.
  11. I'm still trying to decide on the lift? Will I need brake lines for a 3 inch lift? How will 31's look with a 3 inch lift? Does anybody have pictures? Whats the difference between hydro and nitro shocks? These are the three kits I've been looking at. What do y'all think? Or any other suggestions? Also, how is the ride? And how does the front match the rear on these? Thanks! http://roughcountry.com/jeep_mj_3.html http://motionoffroad.com/catalog/index. ... ts_id=1525 http://rustysoffroad.com/mm5/merchant.m ... sus_xj_kit
  12. Don't they have 2-3.5 inch rear adjustable shackles for my truck? And then I could put 3 inch lift springs and have the rear at 2 inches and it'd sit about level? Or will I need other things because of the 3 inch lift in the front? Brake lines? Anything? I'm not sure and I want to be happy with my purchase. Any pics of trucks lifted 2 inches and then one with 3 inches? Thanks!
  13. Also 31's stock, but wanting to boost.
  14. Well I did buy a repair manual. Just don't understand exactly what all the stuff is. I can read but not exactly knpw what to take loose. Suspension confuses me. It's more than typical backyard work to me.
  15. Can anybody give me instructions to getting the front spacers on my truck? Also how will the flex be? Any change? And brake lines will be alright? Thanks
  16. Buy felpro. It costs a little more probably but you don't want to keep having to change it.
  17. So the 88-97 should fit? I haven't found a Comanche lift shackle thats a 3/4 to an inch lift. Thats what the Chevy shackle should do to even it with my front 1 and 3/4 right? Will I need to get longer shocks or will this be fine? How much will I have to take apart to get the front and rear? Can this be done on jack stands? Thanks
  18. If I could just get exactly what I need to order I could probably get it on soon. I couldn't find the true 2 inch spacers, but there is tons of drop shackles. And rustys offroad has a nice 3 inch. How is that one? Thanks
  19. What year drop shackles do I look for?
  20. Can you adjust the drop shackles between one and two inches? I don't want my truck to sit up higher in the rear. Also, just put the truck on jack stands and I'll be able to do all of this? Can I get some pictures of what I'll need to take out in the rear? I'd appreciate it. Thanks!
  21. I haven't been able to find ZJ springs. I'd like to just put a spacer but need instruction and to know what to get. Thanks
  22. I'm looking for roughly around a 2 inch lift. I'm wanting to get my truck up to a nice level sit. My truch is already on 31's. I want my fenders up more off my tires. I'mnot looking to regear or anything like that. I've thought about the drop shackles and spacers, but I'm not sure I can mess with suspension without direct instruction lol.... But I'd like to get a little lift and the shocks seem like a good idea. Or maybe I don't need them? But I've only found short spacers and I'm not sure how to install the drop shackles or which year I need. If I could get a link to ebay or something for exactly what I need and exactly how to put it on, it would be greatly appreciated.
  23. What do y'all think about this lift with shocks? Any experience? Is it a simple install for the non-mechanically inclined? How are the shocks? I have some old Ranchos at the moment. How good is this lift? Seems to be what I'm looking for. Thanks http://motionoffroad.com/catalog/index. ... cts_id=462
