  1. Well then, here you go. They are like headlights in the night.
  2. Best upgrade to my MJ yet! The reverse lights are like daytime.
  3. In search of black or maroon carpet
  4. Tested to make sure they work! Otherwise box not opened (but I don't have the box) so can't confirm that. NOS Nothing or Something
  5. My truck could barely handle this. These were not made for towing and if you do anything other than occasional light weight towing you need a beefier rig. I installed a hitch for my 800lb landscape trailer which is fine, but 5000+ pounds is living on the edge!
  6. Thanks all, I ended up going leather.
  7. Must be in really good shape and have all pieces.
  8. Not a bad idea at all
  9. Anybody know where to buy the interior seat material? I have a great custom upholstery shop who can make me new seat covers, but they can't find a material that is close to the color I have today.
  10. WTB a passenger side opening vent (smokers) window. Need one that is in really nice shape...ping me if you can help. Thx
  11. I had the same problem, you need a new switch. Duralast SW90 is a direct replacement. I got mine at AutoZone and it was in stock.
  12. ...and by the way, even the base truck is completely wired for 4 speakers. I used the factory plugs and adapters supplied by Crutchfield. Super simple installation.
  13. So my truck is a base model and did not have the upgraded door speakers or rear speaker brackets. I was able to source some brackets, but I had to be a little creative with the fronts. Since the under dash speaker grates are really designed for tweeters, I found that a pair of 3.5" speakers work well along with the 4x6 in the back. My goal was not heart thumping base, but rather just get enough sound in the cab without major modifications. I took some scrap hardwood I had and JB welded them to the back of the lower knee panel. I then screwed the speakers into the hardwood. They fit perfectly and now I have a decent setup. I went with a Kenwood digital receiver, Kenwood 3.5" speakers and Kicker 4x6 speakers. Sounds pretty good.
  14. Thanks, not sure why I could not get these pics to post. By the way, the tape works great.
  15. Thx...just did a quick search and no luck...will keep a look out for it.
  16. Sorry, technical issue...working on it:(
  17. I have looked for a decent tailgate protector with not much luck. Seems like nothing is specifically made for our trucks anymore. I had the bed sprayed and 99% of the tailgate with liner. I did not want to go over the tops of the rails in case I wanted to paint the truck in the future. My truck is more for light duty than a serious work truck, so finding something that looks good is more important to me. I ordered some clear door trim protector from Amazon and this stuff is great. You can't really tell it is there and it will easily protect the tailgate when the occasional 2x4 is tossed in the back. For the tailgate, I used 1.18" wide and I just ordered some 3/4" wide for the bed rails. If it get's scuffed up, just pull it off and re-do it. A great solution for me!IMG_5911.HEICIMG_5913.HEICIMG_5912.HEICIMG_5918.HEIC
  18. Keep it simple unless you want it to look like a Tonka truck.
  19. Research, research, research. Don't impulse buy parts to fix a problem you don't know how to solve. There is a ton of really useful info here. Take time to read through it.
  20. I would be interested in one.
  21. Hi  - New member, so the site won't let me message you.  Looking for a full trailer hitch for my MJ.
