ok maybe ill get better info now that by what you said I'm looking for one non vacuum disconnect dana 30. thanks alot that may have been why I couldnt find one. Brandon
-
vacuum disconnect makes it so you don't have to go out and lock the hubs right? If so they I am looking for one with vacuum disconnect. If within a few days I can't find one then I will have to go out and buy a dana 30 and re gear it. I don't want to re gear it because thats even more time and $ then I want to spend. are all tj's low pinion? Or can you find one that is high pinion? thanks Brandon

what is low pinion? why do you say a TJ dana 30 is crappy? I don't know why but I just can't find a dana 30 with 4:10 gears. Ive used car part.com and nothing comes up. Ill try the earlyer years but idk if any thing will come up Brandon

I'm having so very very much trouble trying to find a dana 30 outa a cherokee, comanche or grand cherokee with the 4:10 gears. I just can't do it!!! so the guy at the 4x4 place in town said a dana 30 out of a jeep wrangler 2.5 I4 "should" fit. But asked to look it up. the year range he gave me was 97-06. I just want to know will it fit? or am I better off keep looking? thanks Brandon

Ive noticed that when I had 1st started the smilies that are to the left as you post when you clicked "view more smilies" it brought up another page with a lot of helpful smilies. Then it went to "Smiley's are taking over." that was posted by Geonovast Forum problems or website ideas section of the forum, that they were taking over. just click the link and you will under stand what I'm talking about http://www.comancheclub.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=26057&start=0 . anyways now when you click the view more smilies there are no more smilies. Which sucks for people like me who use smilies alot. So because of this even if this helps no body but me I'm am now posting a smiley gallery from here : http://www.runemasterstudios.com/graemlins/ on a post in the pub so I and others may use it as a refence tool in the future. plz note that this took about 30 min to do, so here we go : :teehee:

Its battery powered. The only problem ive had is that I keep alot of junk in there and It hit the power button. so then I had to take it off of the box which was not to bad since the sticky tabs are ment to come off, to replace the battery. and the sticky arnt cheap :( today I did my bed liner :D or at least the 1st coat, ill finish the rest Sunday. Ive got so much to update on but if I updated every time I did something I would have one update every day for the past 2 weeks. Ive done so much my truck is turning out like the trucks I remember looking at not to long ago and saying to my self "I wish I Had that truck". And now I do. Thanks a bunch for the updates it really means alot to me. Thanks Brandon -

New to the "Comanche craze" and lovin' it
btm24 replied to Brenton's topic in Member Projects: Your Comanches
There is a kid at school who ran his exhaust though the bed behind the cab and behind the tool box kinda like a stack for semis. Not only does it sound better then I would have expected he dose not have to worry about his engine cutting off due to water clogging it up. It sounds amazing. The only reson I ever thought about a snorkel is because I sunk my truck and never wanted to deal with hydro locking ever again. After seeing the cost of a real kit and not a PVC pipe rig up. Now that I have a k&n filter and don't do much Off roading I can't see spending $300+ to cut a hole in my fender. And I'll be doing that filter thing within the week. Brandon Sent from my iPad3G -
just like rob did with the bed of that one comanche, Ive takin sawzall's, torch's and any thing else you can to get the part off of. But ever since the 2 JY's converted to they pull the parts off I have not been able to pull my own parts. Brandon
