I don’t think there is power to plug. Is there a fuse somewhere? Or what could be the issue? -
I would say mine is a good 8 seconds. With that being said it cranked tonight about 5 seconds and wouldn’t crank. I was also working on it for a bit with the door open. Although I did disconnect my battery. My battery is a 2017 battery and he has been sitting a lot lately. Maybe it’s time to replace the battery. It’s like 540 CCA.

Speaking of testing for power ,believe it or not I have never used a multimeter. What setting does it need to be on to check for power? -

One other issue I am having guys is my Comanche takes like 6 or 7 cranks to turn over. I’m worried my battery will start to go dead. Is there anything I can do to speed up crank over time? I did put in a new cap, rotor, and plugs but that’s all.

Hi guys for some reason my washer fluid won’t shoot in my windshield. The wipers work fine and I have a new motor that attaches to reservoir. Any idea why it wouldn’t be shooting it up there. I haven’t really checked for power to the motor so that’s today I hope.

Hey guys I am looking to see if anyone has or can pull the plastic piece that the window coil travels through. My drivers side one is gone and hits something in the door. The clips would be helpful too. Thanks

I actually had driving it again for awhile. It was actually in the shop for basic maintenance again. Just stuff I wanted done like speedo cable, new e brake cables an oil change and new oil pan gasket. Got half way home and it started running like a diesel. Oil pressure went to zero and temp skyrocketed. Blew the reservoir tank up and was smoking.

This whole thing is a mess. Lol. My wife’s about to kill me. I think it will be the end of my Comanche experience unfortunately.

Alright guys, the title says it all. Apparently I have a blown head in the engine. Coolant got in the engine and messed up some bearings. What are my options? Apparently it might cost more to rebuild it then get a used engine. Does anyone have any engine recommendations? Looking for a used one without a ton of miles. Mine only had 80K miles on it. On a side note I might just sell it. I have over 12K into this truck. Obviously I won’t get that out of it. If anyone wants to shoot me an offer the most I will say is no. I would like to get around 6-8k for all I have put in. Anyway any suggestions or offers would be great. I live in central Illinois. I will post a picture of it.

What does the electrical connector do? Will it hurt anything not having it in? -

So quick update on the valve, according to the mechanic I take it to he said the fluid was leaking out of the electrical connector on the top of the valve. Has anyone ever had that happen? He said he just took out the electrical connector because he can’t find one anywhere. Is this normal. This guy is a great mechanic but man these brake issues make me nervous. -

Does it pop off pretty easy? The trim that is. Is there a certain technique that prevents it from bending or just take my time.

I was looking back through some old threads and couldn’t find it but can someone tell me if the trim going around the windows is removable. I would like to peel off that black coating on them and polish them. Also what is the best way to do it? Thanks
