  1. It's a pressurized system so no cap. Buy a normal radiator and a overflow bottle and you can convert to open
  2. Had the distributor yellow wire not plugged in by accident. Would this change anything with Starting?
  3. Tested the cps again and it is definitely fine. Tested coil and it is good. Tried to ground coil wire to block but nothing.
  4. Need some help. Just put in my second engine harness. Now I have fuel and everything works but I don't have spark again. New cap and plugs tested two different coils and icms. New cps and tried to unplug it for a while and then try again and still different. What could be my issue?

  9. Posting about this one more time for help. Truck was running and then randomly lost fuel and spark. Tried the icm tried a new cps. Just took apart My ecu to look in it but no obvious signs of burns. Could I have another bad engine harness? I really don't know what to do.
  10. I have the offroad package. D44 rear with track lock. Metal gas skid trans skid and front axle skid. Also came with tow hooks. Not sure if it came with lift or not but Mine seems higher then average

  13. Ok. Is the fuel pump relay the 2nd or third one in from the front of the jeep. Cause diagrams say 3rd but I had to pull the 2nd one to get it to stop priming when it would randomly start

  15. Yeah i will do that. I belive my ign might be bad though. No tach anymore and I belive ecu makes tank prime so it could make sense that it's bad. Also my rem gets no power now and the diagnostic port is powered by the ign
  16. The distributor was 180 off and it was running for two days. Started putting my interior in and now no spark again and the fuel pump does not prime.
  17. I cleaned all the relays out and most connectors when I put them in. Haven't tried c101 yet.
  18. Also. It seems I don't have spark anymore after having it as well yesterday? I am very confused any help would be greatly appreciated
  19. In need of help quick. My truck was just priming and running now it won't. Occasionally it will just start priming and not stopping but only with one relay I switch it out too. I cut the ground at the pump and grounded it closes and it still doing the same thing. Also my fuel pump gauge is way above full. What could be wrong? Also My fuel rail was just leaking before this if that could have anything to do with it.
  20. Also got this in today.
  21. No video but it ran today! Had to reset distributor timing for a second time and my fuel rail was partially clogged. Once I uncloggdd it of course the other side started leaking so it does not run very good with the massive leak. Besides that all I have to do is bleed the clutch and weld the exhaust back up and I'm on the road!
  22. So my trucks got good compression spark and fuel at the rail. It turns over fast and seems like it wants to run but won't. Could a mud caked cps make it not run completely? I even tried Starter fluid but it wouldn't do it either. Also I did replace my timing chain and lined up the dots and re set my distributor timing.
  23. Yep. Just did My distributor indexing and put a new u joint in the rear so I could put My driveshaft back in again. Finally went to go test if it will run after messing with distributor and then what happens? My starter decided to kill it self randomly

  25. Bigger bolt heads on the corners smaller ones in the middles and I belive the longer ones go into the timing cover. Not exactly what your looking for but a brief explanation
