So finaly found some Volvo/bosch injectors(0280 155 746),ended up snitching them out of a volvo that the guy at the junkyard drove to work with... still warm Installed injectors and scrapped the c101 connector at the same time I can't say what made the biggest difference connector or the injectors, Maybe I woke up some sensor that fell asleep ,can say it runs great much smoother and better gasresponse

My visors wasent in place when i bought the MJ, had the same problem installing them untill i slide/turned the mount. Not 100 sure but looks like the same visors and center mount i have... the other type have a different shape.

do not know if they can even be mounted on the wrong side ,had the mirror on pass side so i dident try that mistake

Had the same problem ,Cut the distributor locating tab and turn it clockwise about 5mm (2/8 inch?). did this then it misfired a little when i had low load on the motor so i turned the distributor back a tiny bit ...runs great now .hope you can read my SWEnglish

There are wiring to the passenger side in my Laredo -88 don't now about drivers side.

Found some visors at the junkyard some weeks ago ,think it was a xj 92 . was a few inches narrower but the attachment looks the same as the ones i have in the mj -88. BJ43450 in the parts catalog above? I save them in the barn if you can't find any closer to you

yes i have seen it ,looks great . Trying to find one more TB so i have one extra to do some work on . no ruch yet tought i brake in the motor before i start experiment

Great Pete M hope i got more in both ends ...and not less . would like to try the Boch /Volvo injectors 0280155746 but it was to much snow in the junkyard and maybe widener /bore up the renix trottle body..... to be continued.....

Thanks RustyRodder It's original ...found it under the seat plastic screws where missing so i found some new that fitted and painted it red , was black and faded..

The old motor was running on its last breath so its a big differens now , did use the HO head ,intake and injectors . Trottle body and rest is renix. The HO motor has more power so i belive its a noticeable difference, can't say for sure whit this hybrid/bastard engin

Glad you like it! some work left with the heating hoses ,broke the heatvalve and havent replaced it yet

Yes dirtiest filter ever! including industry machinery maby PO did a homemade oilbath/dry filter solution or drived true a coal mine oil field every day

New tires and new color on rims, changed the air filter maybe the engine gets some air now!

Had the same problem, it was this valve that dident work (the one whit cables /greenstuff) i cleaned the big.... connector ? on the other picture ,can not see it on your car..modified? now it runs fine
