Are there two different kinds of blue interiors, or just all Navy? The wheel didn’t look that bad, but I didn’t have a puller. The XJ was very nasty, but some pieces could def be used for someone that needs them.

@eaglescout526 I grabbed the side moulding. As said before all were there except the one on the driver side bed behind the cab. What’s a shame is there’s a decent dent there, so there’s a chance it was popped off by the wheel loader guy when they were moving the truck around the yard. I also got the top plastic steps, and lights from the rear bumper. I didn’t bother with the end caps bc the nuts were rusty and wanting to round off. I also got the rear window and rain gutters. I thought abt getting the bedliner but I personally don’t think I’d ever use it, and it did have some screw holes on the top. Interestingly this truck used to have a bed cover. But anyways if someone wants that bedliner I’ll go get it for you, I just can’t seem to justify having it sit around.

Not going to pretend I know much about AMX’s and Javelins but at least from looking at pictures, I think this was an AMX. Even with the fire damage and rust, it’s still crazy to see this in a junkyard. I’ve seen people save wayyyy worse cars.

Will a 4 speed shifter swap onto an ax-15?
Warren99 replied to Warren99's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
Oh well -
Wouldn’t have expected that. I went today so I’ll have to grab that whenever I go back. How much would ppl usually pay for those?
-
Going back today. The XJ does have a nice interior. I’ll get lots more pics
-
Ok, I'll lyk when I go back.
-
Would you pay for shipping if I went back and got them? I'll prob be back somewhat soon anyways, it's not far from me. Price would depend on how much the junkyard charges me for them.
-
I was going to but it was missing one on the bed right behind the cab, driver side. As with anything else, I can go back and get them if anyone is interested. I just made a post with more pics in the for sale thread.

This one only had 74k miles on it. Located at the gray and white in Stockbridge Georgia. Sitting next to an early pioneer XJ. Vin is: 1JTHS64P1JT204165 If you see some things you want and can’t get them I can go grab them and sell them to you if they are still there, like the beadliner, rear window, bench seat, carpet, etc. I did grab the rear fender flares, clock, and B-pillar bezels+ vents and plan to sell them. Also, there was an Olympic sticker above the Comanche badge. Did someone add that or is this an Olympic edition?

Bucket Seats not folding forward
Warren99 replied to Warren99's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
Oh ok, that's gonna be fun lol. I had everything off like that on a pair of bucket seats from a 4 door XJ, so I should be able to do it hopefully without damaging anything. Thank you -
Is there a write up for how to readjust the levers on the bucket seats so that they fold forward? When I first installed the seats, it was only a problem with the driver side. Now the passenger seat is doing the same thing so I’d like to address it

Looking for a j10 die cast. Any condition, if anything the worse condition the better

Will this 5 speed shifter work on my ax15?
Warren99 replied to Warren99's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
Ah ok ty. Yea I'll just cut and reweld my shifter before I take apart different ones. But if I ever happen to find an ax-15 on a XJ/MJ I'll just grab that -
Do I have the sentinel relay?

Do I have the sentinel relay?
Warren99 replied to Warren99's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
I could have sworn I remember seeing a diagram of it on the fuse panel. But I think I remember seeing that silver box on mine. I’ll check tomorrow. Thank you -
Background info: My truck is an 89 base. I just swapped in the whole interior from an 87 Comanche Chief. I don’t have to drive in the dark often, but the few times I have recently I noticed when I shut off the truck and turned the lights off, the headlamps themselves stay on for 30 sec - 1 min. So my first assumption is my new interior must have the sentinel relay, but idk what it looks like. Last night, my passenger headlamp went out. I wanna make sure I have the relay, bc I’ve had electrical issues before and if I find out I don’t have the relay, then something is seriously wrong.

Door cards look like they came out pretty nice! -
Same. I love any Westfalia VW. As far as I'm aware, that one is all factory.

This J10 was probably my favorite thing there. It was fully restored, had a custom interior, Dana 60s, an LS, and front 3 link plus rear 4 link with suspension way fancier than I’m able to comprehend. He has this and a really nice YJ rock crawler on his Instagram page @ayjmyway
